- Do you require appointments? We do require appointments in both of our store locations. This is The best way to make your shopping process run with ease and ensure you have top knotch service. however, We always have amazing consultants here to assist you with answering any questions you might have.
- What is your price? Our main show room floors in both locations range from $1,200 to $5,000. Each of our boutiques also have a selection of gowns priced at $1,000. Sample Sale Gowns are also available, please contact your desired location for more information regarding sample sale pricing.
- Do you charge to make an appointment? Absolutely not! However, booking appointments does require card information to hold your appointment. The card information is not utilized by our staff unless you do not show up for the appointment or do not communicate with the store before 48 hours of the scheduled appointment that you need to cancel or reschedule. There is a $50 charge applied if you do not show or do not cancel within the 48 hour prior time frame.
- Can I bring my camera? Absolutely! As a matter of fact we recommend it! Sometimes it helps to see yourself through the camera lens before making that final decision.
- How long does it take to get a bridal gown once it is ordered? This question varies as we have certain gowns that can be purchased off the floor. We also have companies that offer rush cuts and gowns that are hanging in stock or are already in production. Most special orders will take 4-6 months to receive in the store once they are ordered.
- What deposit is required? We require a 50% deposit on any special order. If you are doing a layaway on a regular price gown that is purchased off our floor, we offer a 25% deposit and a 25% payment every thirty days.
- Why do I have to order all of my bridesmaids dresses at the same time? We order them as a group to ensure the quality of the color. If they are ordered together, they are cut from the same dye lot of fabric. This assures that your dresses will be the same color tone.
- Do you offer in house alterations? we do not. However, we do have a list of seamstresses that we can recommend in the area of both our store locations. Please keep in mind alteration fees are not included in your final balance at our stores.
- Will you press my gown? what is the charge? Yes, we offer a complimentary steaming of any gown purchased in our store. We do ask that you give us two weeks to have it pressed.
- Do you offer a preservation service? We partner with the wedding gown preservation company that will take care of cleaning your gown and preserving it for you. The cost is $350.00. You can drop your gown off with us and we will take care of the rest!
- Do you offer a discount for bridesmaids if I buy my wedding gown there? We have our gowns priced at the absolute lowest price permitted by our manufacturers. You will find they are marked lower than most leading stores in our area.
